● Create and manage your show's recording studios. You can view a list of studios created and add new by clicking on “Create show”. Name your show and select if you would like to record using audio & video or only audio.
● Click on the 3 dots in front of the show to view the recordings. You can also invite people using the link to the particular show and change audio/ video settings
● To enter a studio and record, click on “Go to studio” and “Enter Studio”. Enter your name and select the Episode you want to link it with. You can also select the option of “Independent Episode”. Note: You have to enable access to your camera and microphone.
● When in the studio, click on “start recording”. You can also live stream to various platforms (ensure that your integrations are completed beforehand)
● Studio has the options to chat, poll, raise hands, send emoticons, and invite people to the studio (options available to the bottom right of the screen)
● Look at the bottom left and you can change the display and other settings like devices, profile, sounds, etc
● Once you have recorded, click on the “stop recording” and wait for the file to process. It needs to be 100% uploaded.
● Exit out of the studio once done and wait for the recordings to be processed for download and edit.
● Once the recording file is processed, you can either download it on your computer or click on “edit” and export it to our in-built editor.
● You can also live stream to multiple platforms using PodUp. Enter the recording studio and click on the “Start Live Stream” tab which is in the top right corner.
● Click on “Start Live Stream” and select the destinations. Make sure you have already integrated to platforms under the “Integrations” tab in the My Site module.
